What is InsideOut?

InsideOut is a gentle, self-paced, facilitated process that does a deep dive into your operating system. It deconstructs your internal beliefs which are deeply rooted in the way you’ve been wired to think and feel.  This process reveals how a faulty foundation was built based on how you feel, what you believe and the way you experience life. Transformation flows effortlessly as your mind is recalibrated with truth…. truth that renovates your belief system and retrofits your foundation as you come face to face with revelation during the InsideOut experience. During the session, you will come full circle and when your journey is done, you will feel transformed.

You walk away with a profound understanding and a permanent shift in your operating system. A shift based on truth, that requires no effort to maintain.

Example of a faulty belief system

Notice what happens to your emotions when your manager DM’s you and asks you to come to his/her office ASAP.  Your heart rate may elevate, and you feel a spark of anxiety as your mind begins to race. Subconsciously your brain may recall a familiar experience from your past when you got into trouble as a child and were gruffly called into your Dad’s room for your punishment. This present day situation seems familiar, and you start to feel anxious, wondering if you are in trouble again.  You take a deep breath and walk into your manager’s office… 

What InsideOut is not

InsideOut is not a traditional 50-minute counseling or a therapy session. It is not facilitator ‘driven’ but facilitator led….like a tour guide walking along side of you.  The InsideOut facilitator will not make an assessment of your situation or analyze your behavior. The facilitator will not establish mutually agreed upon goals and objectives or develop an implementation plan for you. You will not be assigned homework or exercises to maintain what you’ve received in your session.  You do not need to come ready with pencil and paper to take notes or be prepared to share at length any problems, behaviors or issues you are currently dealing with.
